Should I be at the property during the clean?
No you don't have to be at the property during the end of lease clean. You can leave the property open and then once we are done we will give you a call and you can come and inspect the completed clean.
Do I need to have Electricity connected for the clean?
Our cleaners will need access to electricity and hot water so that we can clean your property. Alternatively, we can bring generators on-site at an additional charge.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
It does vary quite a lot and mainly depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms required for the clean. As a rough guide, a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home might take 8 - 10 hours to clean, whereas a small 1 bedroom unit might take 4 hours to clean. Contact us for an accurate quote and time estimation.
Do I need to remove all furniture from the property?
Before we do the end of lease clean it is recommended that all furniture and belongings are removed so that we can clean all areas of the property thoroughly.
Are you going to contact my landlord?
We don't need to contact your property manager or landlord to conduct the end of lease clean. However, if you would like us to liaise with them we are more than happy to do so.
